No service delivery and bad repairs

In January 2013 I took my Sansui amp as well as a Diamond home theater system to the branch for repairs. I was told that he will quote and then repair the items for me. After months I decided to go and find out what is taking so long. Yesterday I went to fetch the Diamond system and was told that it was repaired and it will cost me R 360.00 for the repairs and will get a 3 month guarantee on the repairs. After testing it at home and found it was not working I took it back and also collect my Sansui Amp that was not even touched but was always told that they awaiting the spares. I had to pay the quotation fees of R 170.00 for the two articles and as I mentioned it was not even opened. I decided to contact the head office or manager for the so called BRANCH that is situated in Cape Town. I spoke to Mr. Fazil Sahabodien and told him my experience and was then informed that the branch in Richardsbay is a franchise and is not falling under their name any longer. It is called New World Technologies. But all the paperwork is still carrying the Early Bird stamp.
