Not happy with Sinotec

Good day
Im so frustrated with Sinotec, i purchased a TV from Makro in Feb2013, took it back in June 2013 told them i want my money bk i was not happy with the TV just packing up not even 6 months old, Jay Naidoo was the person who assisted me insisted they must send it to get fixed, i wasnt unhappy about that so it went to get fixed, in Dec 2013 same problem TV not working took it back, spoke to the Manager Pat Naidoo who was understanding and explained nicely to me what shouldve happened and what will happen. I was then called by Makro and they refunded me my money, so we bought another TV from Makro this was on the 20/12/2013, now the 2nd TV i got is a problem. My biggest mistake was buying another Sinotec, we bought a 32 LED, now the remote is not working, the sound quality is so so bad. I honestly dont know what to do, coz i will never buy another Sinotec and never buy a TV from makro ever again. Please help
