I bought a 32" sinotec TV on April 3 for one of my tenants and the TV was broken the first day.
After hours on the phone and days later Sinotec collected the TV and I am still waiting.
Pathetic service from both Macro and Sinotec telling me it is my problem and I must sort it out myself. Why?
I did not go to Macro expecting to buy a broken TV???
Come on where is the service?
