If Samsung has any reputation it wants to build on it should take a very hard look at the attitude and service of the repair agency it is being associated with in East London, Eastern Cape. I have been dealing directly with Louis (the owner/manager) on 17th of May 2013, with regard to the replacement of a faulty transformer on my side by side fridge. The transformer was delivered four days later, two days later than promised. The transformer is now in Louis's possession but he does not have the time and manpower to install it. He over-promises and under- delivers. He is doing your (Samsung) reputation no good. I would like you (Samsung) to arrest the situation and provide the after sales service that is expected from you!!! A fridge full of food has gone to waste!!!
