WAITING SIX MONTHS FOR A NEW TV

Bought a 47' tv from Game in Dbn. TV Displays half a picture. Cannot find proof of purchase. Game referred me to Bradley. Contacted Bradley on 16 Nov 2012.Set sent to agent in Dbn, diagnosis faulty panel unable to repair.05 Dec 2012 Brad says TV needs to be exchanged in Midrand.01 Mar 2013 received replacement set in shocking condition without power cable & remote.01 Marc 2013 tried to contact MD, Mr Han, spoke to PA Cherie
Said she would investigate.04 Marc 2012 Brad says he met with Mr. Han & replacement will be done as soon as stock is received and he will send me the power cable and remote so that I can use the tv in the interim.02 May 2013 TV collected.21 May received a response from Brad that no fault was found with the TV and exchange declined. THIS IS NOT MY TV BUT THE REPLACEMENT TV THAT IS NOT FAULTY.I have now been without a tv since 2 May 2013.I am today referring the matter to Consumer Watch as no resolution is in sight.
