I equipped my entire home office with goods from this particular store along with a additional remote for my dstv. I had to return the remote the 'very same day as it was broken. I received a replacement after lot of hassle. Foreword two months and i tried to get another remote as this one just stopped working, i was subjected to ridicule from the staff, as it was only a remote. They wouldn't swop my item but wanted to give a voucher for less than the purchase amount. Needless to say my office supplies and other purchases WON'T be from Game stores.
