I have had my series 9 for almost 2 years now, and quite enjoy it. Unfortunately with daily use and travelling, using adaptors etc my power cable has taken the brunt of damage. I have tried many Samsung outlets, both in Europe and SA. I cannot get a replacement for the power cable. This is very and highly poor product management from the Sales and Service teams, even asking them to source me one they (Fourways / Clearwater mall) etc could not help.

What happens when the power cable is totally damaged as the plastic is now showing the wire within, and I am in need of replacing this item. Surely it should be covered under the warranty as it first started peeling in 2012.

Anybody with knowledge please email me on how to get a replacement.
