Worst custmer service eve

My samsung tv was not working but was stil covered by the extended warranty that we took when we bought the tv. When we phoned them to find out how to proceed they said that we could fax our documents to them or bring them in to the store. We took the documents in on a friday a week later they still had not contacted us. We phoned several times and the person that helped us was always not there and they never returned our call. We then went back to the store to find out what was goin on. They firstly could not find the person who had helped us, he was not in the store. Secondly they could not find the documents the documents they had taken a copy of the originals. We then spoke to a manager who we had to fax the documents to. We went to pick up the tv yesterday more then three weeks later only to receive it with no remote or power cable. They did give us a replacement remote. I do not have a power cable for the tv. How exactly am i supposed to use the tv.
