Blown away by excellent service!

I purchased a bluetooth keyboard for my ipad just over a year ago from an iStore. It came with a 12 months warranty. Murphy's Law though - it broke a few days after the 12 months was up. The USB port that you plug the charging cable into, came apart from the inside. I had paid R1000 for it so was naturally very disappointed that it had broken so soon. Took it to iStore - they refused to replace it as it was out of warranty (albeit it by just a few days). So in desperation I emailed iStore to ask for the contact details of the suppliers, Adonit. iStore called me a few days later & put me in touch with Christian at a company called iKhambi, who are the local distributors of Adonit products in SA. Called him and he asked where I am located, and committed to send a rep out to my house to collect the faulty device. Within days a rep came, all the way from Pretoria to Randburg, & collected the faulty device. A few days later the rep returned, with a brand new device for me. No questions asked. The warranty expired 16 April and today is 24 May.
I have never received such EXCELLENT service from a company. Well done iKhambi! There are many others who can learn from you.
