Shocking, Horrible Service - changing brands

Hi I've have a 55 inch TV that has just come out of warrant, my luck it starts making disgusting buzzing noises, that I cannot watch anything.. I logged a call on the 24 May 2013 for LG to pic it up and have it sorted out, to date, I have not received as all or the unit has not been picked up. I have the following LG products in my house 4 TVs, air cons, fridges, washing machine, dishwasher, Blue ray players, etc., I think I must throw everything and switch brands to Samsung, maybe ill get better service and quality of products, there. Image if it was it warranty and waiting so long for something to be collected made it goes out of warranty.
