Exploitation By iStore R13000 for iPad4

Victimised by iStore. 3 months ago i bought an iPad 4 and paid R8.437 at Vodaworld which i felt was a bit steep, but because of its warranty i had to make that purchase. i didn't't have an extra R500 to buy a protective case for it but i bought the screen protector. told myself i will most probably go by the protection case the next day at a Chinese retail outlet.
Three days later i bought a case R380 cheaper "China City", fitted the iPad in the it and just when i finished, the Ipad fell and got this minor dent on one of its corners. Well nothing really happened to it continue to function just as before.
Two and a half months later, I'm working on it. 3G started to slow down, i quickly run to a Wi-Fi spot to wrap up my work: First its refuses to connect so i restarted my Ipad unit. when it loaded it connected but then quickly said connect to iTunes and got stuck there for days.
took it to iStore and they couldn't't fix it they said they will have to book it in. Three days later i received a quote for R4.400, i queried it and i was told the iPad has scratches and a dent which Voids My Warranty.
Bad service and would want to expose this issue to the world. This is a reap off R13k
