Poor service for poor product!

Since buying a LG dishwasher, we've had nothing but regret. We bought one of the premium models assuming it would wash better & outlast the previous other brand dishwasher, which lasted 8 years. How disappointed were we to discover that not only did it perform poorer than the previous dishwasher, but also surprised us with not one, but two failures after only two years! The designated service center for LG products in Centurion is Galtronix cc. Over the past two days I've tried in vain to call them (at least 6 times), with no answer. I know they exist as they answered the phone three days ago, but then their system was offline and they couldn't help me! It would seem they are only willing to help you when they actually cannot help you! I phoned LG directly this morning, and their proposed solution is for me to drive to the next closest service center (60km away, vs the 4km of Galtronix)! This is not acceptable, as the customer should be their first priority and not the zero-service service center! LG should investigate & correct the matter, even if it means removing their agency from this service center & giving it to another!
