Good luck getting Vodacom to honour iPad warranty!

I have an iPad under contract from Vodacom. The speaker has been distorted since about 2 months after I got the item, but I didn't want to be without the device so I ignored it. It has now become so bad that I can no longer ignore it so with 2.5 months left on my warranty I went to the Cresta Vodacare shop where the lady behind the counter told me she didn't care that my iPad was under contract, under warranty and from their shop, the warranty is not their problem. She printed out some document with an external party's details and told me to deal with them. I read the document and it clearly stated that a Vodacom dealership needs to contact them. I called 111 and was told that Vodacare HAS to take the device in for repairs. So I went back to Cresta where the guy again told me it was not his problem, I have to take the iPad to an iStore. I then trekked to the Sandton iStore where I was told that they do not honour Vodacom warranty claims, they can repair it but will charge me! I went to the Vodacom shop and the guy there said that Vodacare is responsible for my warranty and they have to take it in. I am so fed up, disappointed and tired of trying to get Vodacom to fulfil its obligations!
