On 27-Dec-12 I faxed GAME store Empangeni to request a warrantee repair on my Samsung fridge freezer.
By 04-Jan-13 I had heard nothing so I went into the store to follow up.
On 06-Jan-13 I received an SMS from a Samsung service provider confirming an appointment for 07-Jan-13. They did not arrive. They apparently do not service in my area, but they promised to pass the booking on to a service provider in my area.
I am now in Botswana, but repair is still needed
By 11-Jan-13 I had heard nothing further, so I contacted GAME and Samsung via their website's "Contact Us" web pages. Samsung replied with a confirmed service order number. Their service provider SMSed me a confirmed appointment for 14-Jan. They have not arrived.
On 15, 16, and 17 Jan I mailed Samsung asking for a forecast service date and they have not responded at all on that question. They have, however sent me forms to claim recompense for the spoiled food.
The "Contact Us" page only has online email, but does not supply an email address or a pone number, so I am clueless how to escalate the matter.
I also mailed the nominated service provider to ask for a forecast service date. Zero response.
