Disgusting after sales service

I purchased a Samsung fridge to the value of R8000 having paid cash in Dec 2010 . In june 2012 whilst still under the guarantee period water was leaking into the veg rack. I contacted game pavilion and after much hassle it was repaired in july 2012 .The condenser and evaporator was replaced by TM ELECTRONICS .Once again this year water is leaking into the veg rack. I contacted game pavilion on the 16th an was told Tm electronics will contact me, which they did. However I was informed by a Ms Joyce from Tm electronics to contact Samsung. I then contacted the store manager MR NEVILLE PILLAY enlightening him that I HAVE NO DEALING WITH SAMSUNG EXCEPT THE FACT THAT I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG PRODUCT FROM HIS STORE WHEN HE VERY RELUCTANTLY TOLD ME HE WOULD GET A SAMSUNG REP FROM THE STORE TO PHONE ME .
CLEARLY THIS SAMSUNG 710 LITRES IS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AS THE CONDENSER AND EVAPORATOR SHOULD NOT REPLACED ON A YEARLY BASIS.
Having received no response nor call from either the Samsung rep nor game stores I e mailed the customer service dept and received a very prompt response via e mail from Ms Rina that I would be contacted by the store. However im still awaiting a response
