Pathetic service from Samsung incl Samsung HQ

So I have been struggling to get my home appliance repaired for over a month by Samsung service provider let me repair.
After numerous attempts to get it repaired, by me calling the service providers, with no one calling me back when promised, I decided to take it higher to Samsung themselves.
So I found this Samsung website where you can supposedly email the CEO, so I tried this,
Sent a long mail, and Samsung (thembisa) called me back a day later, we spoke, and thembisa from the Samsung HQ that says he deals with all higher complaints like mine, said he will call the service provider to hear their side and call me back later that thursday (14/03), and like the service provider, Samsung does not call me back either, not even the next day, I try calling him back, and no one answers the phone in that dept.
So who do I actually speak to, to rectify my issue.
Tried the call center, they don't even know anything about this person calling me.nice!
In my opinion, Samsung does not really care about customer service, defnately never buying this brand ever, it's as I have bought a cheaper fake brand, I see no difference.
