I first contacted Darro Electronics an accredited Samsung supplier on Monday 19/8/2013.
They arrived late on Monday afternoon to repair my Samsung (RL67VCSH combination fridge/freezer).
They managed to break the cupboard above the fridge and did not mention it to anyone, they placed the broken piece from the cupboard next to the fridge and left. The two technicians said that the office would send the quote later on that day and they requested R250 call out fee cash COD.To date we have not received the quote after requesting it twice after their call out. It has taken four days to have the fridge repaired after numerous phone calls and having the phone put down on us three times. The lady who answers the office phone seems to be incompetent and to the clients about the whereabouts of the director. This is an accredited service provider of Samsung and not Samsung directly, however they should not be on the accredited provider list. We would like it to be noted that the Samsung products are great just not this particular service provider.
