Poor service delivery

I purchased a PVR at Makro with a Blingstallation voucher for the twin LNB upgrade to the existing DSTV setup at home. The consultant at the Makro ensured me that the upgrade procedure would be effortless and hassle free. To date I have yet to experience the stellar service the consultant touted, as all I have seen so far is lack of communication and failure to keep to the agreed upon appointment. The current installation was done by Ellies who did a great job and kept to their promises, and I regret not using them again!!! Also, as I've explained NUMEROUS times to the Blingstallation staff, EVERYTHING is basically done at my house e.g. 2x cables are installed all the way to the dish, decoder is connected to both cables, DSTV upgrade is done; ALL that needs to be done is the twin LNB device installation on the existing dish. This is probably less than 10 minutes of work and the fact that your installers couldn't keep to the commitment EVEN after explaining all of this NUMEROUS times is shocking. You are not doing me a favor to provide me a service, I'm paying you to do it and I expect you to do it properly in all aspects!!!
