My garmin FR60 watch started playing up and I called garmin this morning to find out if it is a setting problem etc. I was told by a very bored young man to download the latest software. The watch would not connect so I took it in to them and they told me that it is a watch failure and I must pay in to upgrade to the newer model. They tried to connect to the internet with my watch and now since then I cannopt connect with it either. This watch is not cheap and you expect better service from it than this. It is totally useless if i cannot upload the data to the website. I am not prepared to pay in R999 for the newer model when I was told it is a watch failure by their technician.
