I have two Garmn watches, 110 and a Garmin FR60.
The 110 was 25 months old, would not upload to PC, service centre determined it was software problem, exchanged it at a cost of R750.00.

The FR60 was a gift, 24 months old, worked well, gave me LOW BATTERY indicator then gave ERROR on screen. Took watch to Customer service centre in Honeydew, lady took watch away, came back and said it was software problem, can exchange with FR70 at a cost of R1000.00. I said NO, nothing wrong with watch, said low battery the gave error. She said it could have been an underlying problem with software I did not know about.

This is the second time I have had problems with Garmin watches and software.

I want the watch replaced / repaired at no cost to me as I am not responsisble for Garmin software development.
