I accidently broke my GoPro Hero3 housing's hinge... due to my own fault.
This is not a part listed on the websites as a replacement part and one has to buy a complete new housing.
I contacted GoPro South Africa (Omnico) and they immediately replied saying they will sort me out with a new one. They couriered it to me in no time and also threw in a waterbottle and other goodies... ALL at NO charge!
Not only is this a brilliant camera but also super after sales service!
