We bought a Phillips Air Fryer on 14/04/2013 at Game in Cresta in Johannesburg. On unpacking it it was missing one small part, the separator. This has major implications for the use of this product and we had no way of knowing at the time of purchase. We would really like to use the product but cannot t this stage. Please would you tell us how to get hold of just this one small part. I would even be prepared to pay for it. thank you
