After purchasing an expensive Phillips Shaver with Jet Cleaner for around R3200.00, - a year later the Jet cleaner stopped working, Phillips said I must send it to their Agent who sent it to them to repair, unfortunately I did not have the receipt but this product was launched only 2 years ago so I did not think it was a problem. Phillips said they could not repair the Jet Cleaner and I must pay R500.00 to repair. I sent them an email explaining that although I could not prove that it was still under warranty, surely they know when this product was launched -and that I was a good customer, they did not have the decency to email me back. Talk about customer relations well Phillips your staff don't care a dam? spending money on advertising rather spend it on customer training. Bad Service that's the last Phillips product I will buy.
