Still waiting for my delivery

I bought a BIC and a Bathroom Cabinet at Steadi in Feb. 2013. On collecting the order i discovered the handles were missing. I called Slade who kept on promising to deliver them but was not doing so. I then called their branch in jet park because I was told the fault is from their warehouse in Jet Park. I waited for two months Slade could deliver the handles. I could not call an installer to fit the BIC as he was going to be doing an incomplete work because the handles were missing. I only received the handles in April 2013. When I checked the handles the bathroom cabinet ones were of the wrong sizes. I ordered 3 small handles for the drawers and 1 big handle, and received 2 small handles and 2 big handles. Finally when the installer came, he discovered the chipboard above the BIC drawers is missing. So the BIC IS INCOMPLETE. I called the Jet park office a month ago to report the matter, that was in April. They then called back after a few days and asked for my address and telephone number and said they will call me when ready to deliver. Today the 13 June 2013 as i am writing this complaint, the missing part has not yet been delivered. (4 months). I AM DISAPPOINTED.
