My order was made and paid 20 days ago and I am still waiting for the phone.
I've phoned numerous times. Initially it was a delay fro the finance department, then the phone was promised (4 days ago at the time I am writing this complaint), now the phone will supposedly come on Thursday 2 May.
I can understand that delays can occur, but CaCell doesn't handle it very well in the way they communicate it and sort out the problem.
