Poor Service, total lack of regard for customers

MACHINE CONSTANTLY OUT OF ORDER. MACHINE OUT OF ORDER SINCE MONDAY 14TH JANUARY 2013, SENT EMAIL AND PHONE CALLS TO OKI NO RESPONSE 24 HOURS LATER, AFTER ANOTHER 5 EMAILS, (WHICH ARENT EVEN READ) A PHONE CALL IS RECEIVED REQUESTING MACHINE SERIAL NUMBER, AS WE ARE AN EXISTING CUSTOMER THEY SHOULD HAVE THIS ON RECORD. ANOTHER 24 HOURS PASSES BEFORE SERVICE PERSON CALLS TO ADVISE THAT DRUM REQUIRED. ANOTHER 24HOUR PASSES BEFORE THE NEW DRUM IS REPACED. COPIER OPERATES FOR A WHOLE 3 HOURS PROVIDED ONLY ONE OR TWO COPIES ARE MADE. MACHINE OUT OF ORDER TOTAL OF 5 DAYS. CONSIDERING THAT TURNAROUND TIME IS MAX 1 WORKING DAY AND THE TOTAL DISTANCE BETWEEN ALL THE THREE PARTIES IS NOT MORE THAN 10 KILOMETRES???
ANY WANT AN OKI PRINTER ONE UP FOR GRABS.
REQUIRE GOOD SERVICE DONT TRY FOR AN OKI AS YOU WONT GET IT, THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE DAY 1! WHEN THE MACHINE WAS INSTALLED. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOVER
