I have been meaning to compliment UNISA for a couple of weeks now and I think it is important to do so as I believe credit must be given where credit is due.
I am in my final semester as a student at UNISA and I can say that my registration has never been easier. Online was easy and very user friendly and the most important pointer is that I received my material within a week of me registering. There were no hassles and everything arrived.
I then also had a query with 2 lecturers who also responded timeously (within 2 days) and sufficiently answered my queries.
Overall, I realise this may not be a significant compliment but I believe that UNISA's registeration etc is everything one should expect of a registration process and for this I would like to thank UNISA.
