I cannot acces my life email account. I have been trying for DAYS with the login details you have provided, but with no success.
It keeps on saying the password is incorrect and I am 100% sure that I am using the right, case sensitive password. I can not change the password because it asks for a security question that I have no idea of and I can not provide enough details either according to the microsoft account recovery request.
PLEASE help me get access to my acount. It is very frustrating to keep on trying on my own with no success.
