I'm a final year student at Unisa and have always used the online registration without any problem. This year I registered AND paid on 13 January. My registration has still not been processed, and on MyUnisa there has been NO change to my registration status since 18 Jan.
I have made over 10 calls to the contact nr's UNISA supplies on their website on 28 Jan, 29 Jan, 30 Jan, 1 Feb, 3 Feb. The numbers just ring untill it cuts off or is permanently engaged. I even called the Dept of Human Sciences but the lady who answered listened then said sorry nothing I can do- just wait.
Registrations closed on the 25th Jan. I am a 3rd year student who works AND have to maintain a 65% average if I want to get do a Honours next year. How am I going to get my study material, assignments etc if my registration has not even been sorted out yet - and today is already the 5th of Feb???
