I have been trying to get decent service from UNISA for two and a half weeks now, and the only conclusion I can reach is that they don't care!
My registration for 1st semester failed due to errors with their (UNISA's) online registration process. I have had to register for second semester in the hope that I can shift my modules to first semester. However, no one at UNISA seems to care that their own online registration process is at fault or has let their students down. Were there another reputable distance learning institution I could easily move to I would have removed my business from UNISA months ago. Your attention to admin matters is pathetic, and your obvious lack of concern for your customers (your students) is appalling!
I expect to receive communication to the effect that my modules have been moved to first semester, at no charge, or I will be forced to take further steps!
Your previous responses to my problem has left much to be desired!!
