I have been trying since 16th December to register for the 1st semester at UNISA. Registration closes on the 25th and I am getting desperate. I logged case number 12351NX03476 with [email protected] on the 16th of December, and my student number is 44458754. I have had NO feedback on my query, which is regarding an error I'm getting trying to register on the UNISA website - 'Majors required for this qualification'. I need to know what this error means.
The relevant phone numbers on UNISA's contact us page don't work - I've tried these for the last few days and the line just goes dead (both from landline and cellphone):
General Applications and Registration queries - 012 441 5888
College of Science, Engineering & Technology - 012 441 5704
I have tried emailing [email protected] 3 days ago to follow up, as well as the college of science, engineering and tech on [email protected] yesterday, with no response.
UNISA's student service is shockingly bad this year. I am sorry to have to resort to Hello Peter but I don't know how else to get this resolved, without having to go in to UNISA and potentially waste hours trying to find someone to help me.
