In June I applied to study towards a ComSci degree through Unisa. I made the required deposit and completed my application within the registration period. I also registered my modules online.
Despite all of this, my registration has still not been processed. I have sent numerous emails to Unisa asking for direct assistance with my registration and it has still not been resolved.
Two days ago I took leave from work to visit one of Unisa's campuses in Parow where I asked student administration what I must do. They told me to send an email to a certain member of their staff. I have still not received a reply.
Before this, I tried calling their offices and on each of the three occasions that I called, in separate weeks, the phone went unanswered. Before this I had problems registering online because of totally bad form validation on the Unisa website.
Please fix your website and process my registration
