BAD COMMUNICATION

I am a student that registered to study Teaching. Last Year I could register doing everything online but this year I have had tremendous Issues. At first I called the relevant department from the 11/02/2013 to the 27/02/2013 and spoke to five different ladies that could not assist me, numerous times the call was dropped in my ear if i asked for a name. I spoke to a lady called Etho, Gontsie and I was told the way I am explaining my situation regarding my studies they could not understand. On my Unisa it said registration incomplete documents outstanding. I called again and asked and was advised that i need a certified copy of my Id, Metric certificate and My NQF level 5 certificate which i should email to [email protected] attention Professor TS Maluleke. NO REPLY

I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD SENDING IT VIA EMAIL OR FAX WOULD NOT WORK I NEED TO TAKE THE DOCUMENTS TO FLORIDA OR PRETORIA.
I was told that it does not matter as I will need to register next semester as its to late.
I FEEL THAT'S UNEXCEPTABLE AFTER PAYING MY FEES AND MAKING AN EFFORT TO SOLVE THE MATTER BUT UNISA STAFF UNHELPFULL.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
