No feedback!!! Disgusted

I applied for admission through UNISA on the 20th of August. Every week I will call UNISA, struggle to get through to UNISA and when I do I ask for any updates regarding my application? Everytime they say it has not been done yet, after a month I have waited on the 2nd of October I call in again and now they say my ID is not certified!! Why could they not inform me that earlier that they require a certified ID. Then I send them the certified ID. On the 9th I called again for an update and then they tell me I need a certified matric certificate?? Really why only tell me now? This morning I receive a mail from UNISA:
You are required to submit certified documents to assist with your application to study at Unisa.

You will unfortunately not be permitted to submit the outstanding item (s) at this stage. If you are still interested to register with Unisa for the semester 2 registration period, you may apply again during the next application period which will run from 7 - 25 April 2014. Alternatively, you may app.

If this was communicated to me earlier I would of had all my docs ready. Unisa is up to!! I will not study at UNISA. I paid R100 admission fee for this??
