I am unable to register for the semester or 3d year modules because of the Unisa incompetence, I have registered for marketing programme (1year certificate) where the module is supposed to credit me MNM02y when I do the Bcom Marketing in future. I registered Bcom marketing and in the 3rd level now and supposed to register for the 3rd level and now the online is telling me about the prerequisite of MNM202y. I have submitted all the documents to unisa Pretoria January 2013 and I also went to check the progress and I was told they are still busy. I went to Florida branch around July 2013 and they told me that they can see the request on the system however they are still busy with the request. Now the system is prohibiting me from registering 4 modules of 3RD level this semester because of the prerequisite (mnm202y). I am very very frustrated, because I was hoping to complete my Bcom this year. Now I am not really sure what to do and how long it will take for unisa to credit the module for the system to allow me to register.
I was advised not to register mnm202Y under the bcom marketing by unisa because the module will be credited and it will be throw away of money and time.
