UNISA INEFFICIENT SERVICE AND STAFF

Been to UNISA 3 times, in early Jan, queues too long to stand with kids. Tried registering online from 21-01-13 but was not allowing me messaying there were outstanding admission documents which i tried contacting UNISA offices in Durban, Pretoria with no joy building up more frustration. I followed procedures by sending sms's and e mail enquiring why could I not register online. I received response 2 wks after registration asking to be more precise with query!!!

On 24-01-13 got through to Pretoria, advised that I needed to renew matric conditional exemption and would be able to register thereafter. Paid registration fees same time thinking it would go through when I applied online. Still unable to register online. I could not even find an app form online to fill in & fax to UNISA. If I had been told I needed to renew matric exemption on 19-01-13 when I went to Durban UNISA I would have been able to to register, but who cares? Received letter from UNISA dated 29-01-13 asking me to renew matric certificate before registration? (registrations closed 26-01-13) How helpful have you been UNISA?? Applied for refund, pending.
