ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE OR RATHER LACK THEREOF

I registered for a course on the 28 November 2012, which was paid for on the 18th December 2012.
I am supposed to write my first exams in June yet I have still had absolutely NO correspondence from Unisa with regards to me being accepted for this course or anything of the sort.

I have no idea what is going on other than in 3 months I am supposed to write exams and I have sent a total of 11 emails to which no one ever responds.

I have made a large number of phone calls as well yet no one can tell me anything and I keep getting transferred to another person.

This is the most ridiculous service I have ever experienced.
