Utterly frustrated with unisa! They take weeks to reply to an email, and when they do reply there is no help received and I am brought back to the same place I started. I am not able to register online for 2nd semester. I was told that I need to take re-certified copy of my I.D. to unisa so that I could register. I went to unisa (durban), sat there for 4hours, only to be attended to for 5mins. The lady I spoke to took my I.D said she had unblocked the application, but the only thing I saw her do on her pc was type in my student number. I was told that I should be able to register online. Its been a week now and I still can't register! How misleading! I have emailed unisa but there is still no reply. I was also told that I must apply for next year in one email I received from unisa, why must I apply again?? If I already applied, this is unacceptable! Why must I waste 6months of my life because some people are not doing their job correctly. I'm tired of been given wrong information! If I was given the right information when I phoned unisa when aPplications was opened there would be no problem now.
