UNISA's poor service is going to cost me one yea

After matriculating in 2012, I decided I would continue my studies at UNISA. Having sent the required documents for application, I the received a student number in July. During the registration period I visited the campus only to be told I could not register as I did not send a certified copy of my matrix certificate to them (when I had). I lost 6 months because of this and when the application period opened again, I visited the campus and with the help of a student counsellor sent the documents required, AGAIN. When the registration period opened, I again could not register and when had e-mailed them, I had no reply or help. I then called the UNISA offices for help but there was no answer. I called the PMB and branch and got no reply as well. I will now lose another 6 months and am shocked at the incompetence and unwillingness to help.
