Lack of service, help, feedback!

Student number - 77883810. I have had numerous issues. It started after I made payment of the first half of my study fees for my course and it was allocated to the incorrect centre. Trying to sort it out has been one big head ache, no one seems to even want to help, as soon as you get to someone they tell you to contact someone else. After WEEKS of trying to sort out my registration, I am now waiting on my study material to be delivered. And once again, there is no reply on e-mails (if there is, it is to tell me to contact someone else on telephone numbers that do not work). On my "myunisa" page there is NO study material to download, only the previous exam papers and tutorial letter. There is unfortunately no complaint department, although I am sure if there was they would just tell me to contact a different department or person! I am very shocked and disappointed. How am I supposed to study for exams and do assignments without study material and NO ONE there to help me with this??? Unisa need to work on their departmental communication and student support.
