I contacted the Finance Department in December 2012 with regard to issuing a fee statement in my company/bursars name so they may reimburse me for fees paid. its been three months and i have periodically attempted to receive some form of assistance to NO AVAIL! My calls are not answered and my emails are ignored. Why bother with contact details if no one can get any form of help from UNISA??
