I am Ms Mbanjwa student no 48812951 on the 26/07/2013 my uncle went to deposit funds for my study fees at Key west standard bank using his standard bank debit card, instead of using the study reference number 5400374721 he mistakenly used 3011274764. as soon as I saw that he had made a mistake I sent numerous emails to Unisa's finance department seeking help on retrieving the misplaced funds but no one has bothered themselves to assist.

i am very frustrated and angry because I paid on time yet I'm sitting at home with no study material and the study department said I am not registered for the second semester which seems rather bizzare to me because I did alarm them of the misplacement of funds earlier but they never took my case seriously. I must say the management at unisa big time, since you say am not registered for the second semester bring back the money so I can go register somewhere else. I registered for the Police sciences degree> somebody better take responsibility
