I want to say how extremely disappointed I am in the service. Absa is a highly valuable corporate client of Milpark, and one would think that as an Absa staff member - knowing you will get you fees ASAP - the feedback we receive should be prioritized. When I registered for this BCOM with Milpark, Deweza Boyta did not give me an opportunity to choose between distance and contact learning. Then, Erica assures me it is possible, and promises to get back to me. I need to register for one additional subject for my BCOM, and want my learning to be changed to contact learning. I have been in contact with Erica serveral times, and she has promised to call me, and provide feedback, as there were a few changes to be done with registrations. No one has gotten back to me. My learning is still not changed, and I am still not registered for my additional subject. If you come back to me saying that registration has closed, and my learning is not changed, I will take this so far up someone's, they will be singing my name in their sleep!!! This is now pathetic. I understand that there are alot of students, but for me to leave over 8messages everyday for 1 person, is unacceptable.
