I applied on the 21 January 2014 and my application was rejected due to the fact that I had not been employed long enough. Thus I used a sponsor to apply again on the 24 January 2014. Online it says you can upload documents, I did this and it was not received. It also says you can send them to [Email Removed] I did and yet I still received sms stating I had not sent my documents.
I was given a fax number, 086 636 3319, but they did not go through. I called in numerous times to find out the problem but was left with no call backs, pathetic excuses and no solutions.
I then sent my documents to Linidiwe Khanyile who was handling the application and given no reply. I was then asked to fax my documents to her office, after sending her three emails as to why I would need to send eleven pieces of paper when I could just as well email them, I was given no reply. I have spent R106.00 on faxes alone but I then sent the documents to 086 580 4501 and it still didn't go through. Today is the last day of my registration.
