I registered on the 9th of Jan for 3 Unisa subjects PCOM03E, PCOM01C and PCOM06H. I received my registration confirmation on the 12th of Jan and noticed I was only registered for 2 subjects PCOM03E and PCOM06H. I queried this and received feedback from Melinda Speelman that because of an exam date conflict between my subjects they could only register me for 2 subjects. I asked them to look into the problem and try accommodate me as i want to finish my programme this semester but i have not received any feedback.
Professor Mfecane also tried to intervene and assist but no one has resolved my problem.
My student number is 7262 278 4, I started my programme last year June, this is a one year course and i am entitled to finish my course this semester, I have already paid for PCOM03E.
I hope by launching this complaint someone will give this serious attention as there seem to be no urgency or customer service from the Examination help center.
