Registration for additional study units NOT happ'g

I registered for 2 additional modules (I paid the full amount for the year to cover the initial 2 modules and 2 additional ones I'm having difficulty in registering).

Problem - Although every time I try to register since 6 Jan 2014, I receive an email with the message

"Your application for registration of additional study units was successfully submitted. Date and time of submission: Wednesday 13 January 2014 05:37:33 NB: If you re-submit this application, any former application will be replaced in total. Once your application has been finalised (payment received), any amendments thereto may have financial implications. "

and the payment I made is reflected on the financial system, the modules are not registered and I do not receive feedback on the numerous contact form emails I sent from the Unisa web site.

This is not the first time: every year there is an issue with registering -throughout studying a B degree and now for a Honours degree. There are issues with the online registration system not behaving as it should and the human factor of not receiving timely feedback (or any feedback of all for that matter).

Unisa is not learning from past errors. We (students) pay.
