I registered with Milpark. After completing and submitting my assignment, I received an SMS noting that I was not eligible to write my exam in May. When I inquired they said I had an online assessment that I had to complete, the problem is I do not have Internet access at work and at home, hence I could not complete the online assessment. I work at Menlyn branch which opens 7 days of the week, and I live in Hamanskraal where Internet cafes are scarce or not available. My reason for enrolling with your institution was for the mere fact that it was corresponce learning that didn't require much than a submitted assignment and pitching for the exam. I am utterly disappointed and had I known I would registered with unisa as it understands that we are not all equal.
