Lack of service and assistance

I registered for a short learning course for Human Resources with UNISA. They claim that they take more 2weeks to receive a student number it has been over 2weeks ive been calling no answer. tod ay I tried calling and got through and then they said I have two student numbers for short learning course which is wrong and was given a number to call and ask another department what I should do. i cant get through once again. I decided to do the short course because i did Bcom HR in 2008 -2009 and didnt complete it and this year when I wanted to go back when I try register it says i have incomplete information I did call and try to find out they could not help me and told me to come in but I'am working and have no time. There is no assistance from unisa i have no one to advise me on what to do.
