Poor service delivery!!!

I have been emailling and calling milpark since the 13th of January! All I want is my induction dates for my mba and course over view dates! Its meant to be on the website but as usual the WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK! So I emailed the mba program manager and he did NOT REPLY TO MY EMAIL! I then attempted calling milpark on 17th and the incompetent correspondent said she would email me the dates and yes im STILL WAITING! How can milpark be one of the top schools in Africa when they can't get 1) their website to work and 2) respond to emails and calls!!! This is unacceptable! I am very frustrated as I sm doing distance learning and need the dates to make arrangements with work! I studied through milpark last year and the whole year I struggled because the website never worked properly! This is terrible! Wish I hadn't made the mistake of registering again with milpark this year! ;, (
