I went to Mall of the North, Reggi's to ask if i can return a present if i dont have the till slip but it was still in its original packaging.the assistant told me that its not possible as they wint know the branch i brought it at.i said i was certain it was their branch.my sister phoned too and spoke to who i think is the Manager, and she told her that if its still in its condition it can be exchanged.i went back to hear the correct statement.my English is not that clean, the assistant went to the back and called her manager, thrn the lady with serious face, didnt greet me and just asked me how can she help.i said, i dont understand english well, then she told me she cant help.and returned to the back.just like that, i wasnt helped coz i dont understand english well.i asked, n they said she is zulu, i mean as the manager arent she suppose to have good customer relations, and ask which language i understand or the once she knows except english? am disappointed
